user portrait Mr. David Jesus Dominguez Santos from: 7 Days Lhasa to Kathmandu Tour via Everest Base Camp
I am interested in the Lhasa tour with the Everest base camp ($830 p.p). I would like to ask you two questions:

1) The tour could be done starting on September 15th. I would arrive in Lhasa at 16:30 from the city of Kunming (in Kunming I would take a flight that departs at 1:30 p.m. on the same day 15).

2) On the 7th day, instead of going back to Lhasa, I would like to continue to Kathamandu. In other words, he would arrive in Kathmandu on the 21st at night. Would this change be possible?

3) If there is no problem with these changes, I would like to confirm the tour and the payment method, since I need the paperwork to make the China Visa.

We are 2 persons interested.

Many thanks

regards

David

Dear David Jesus Dominguez Santos,

Thanks for visiting our website and sending your inquiry. For your needs, I think you’d better choose 7 Days Lhasa to Kathmandu Tour via Everest Base Camp, which feed your needs exactly. And we just need 200$ per person as deposit, and you can pay the balance when you arrive in Lhasa. For your visa paperwork, I think you will need Tibet travel bureau official visa invitation letter which we will apply for you based on the time. Please check your email to get more details.

user portrait Ms. Diane Costa from: 4 Days Lhasa Holy Landmarks Express
Hello,

I am Canadian and my husband is American.  We will be in Kathmandu Nepal and want to fly to Tibet for the August 8th "4 Days Lhasa Holy Landmarks Express" tour.

If we arrive by air what do we need in terms of visas? Do we have to apply for anything in Nepal? Or do we get the visa at the airport/or through your company once in Tibet?
Answered by Helen

Dear Ms. Diane Costa

Thanks very much for your inquiry. Entering Tibet from Kathmandu, you need one Chinese group visa. Firstly, we will require your passport (clear scan or photo copy) to apply for the visa invitation letter. Secondly, we will send the visa invitation letter to you and our partner in Kathmandu. Next, when you arrive in Kathmandu, you need to meet with our partner and give your original passport to him, and he will assist you to apply for the Chinese group visa there. Please kindly note that the Chinese group visa application needs 3 or 4 working days, please leave yourself enough time to apply for it in Kathmandu. Apart from the Chinese group visa, you also need the Tibet Permit, and we’ll apply for it for you in Lhasa, and our guide will pick you up at Lhasa airport with the permit. Best regards.
