Lhasa literally means” the Place of Deities” in the Tibetan language, the name itself today still equals to holiness, power and exoticism to most of travelers. And this 4 days Lhasa Holy Landmarks City Tour is made exactly to show you the best flavor of this exotic holy power into the Himalayas. Nothing to visit but rest and acclimatize best on your arrival day; on the second day, you will visit the soaring and solemn Potala Palace that still looks very awe-inspiring even with the absence of its host. The Johkang Temple with never-ended prostrating pilgrims and the bustling Barkhor Street with its surrounding beautiful whitewashed traditional dwellings makes this old Tibetan quarter the best walk in Lhasa; on the third day, we will have a chance to go into the yards, chapels and halls of the most important monasteries in Lhasa, to have a up-close experience to those “universities” in ancient times. At Drepung Monastery, to feel the vicissitudes of this historic monastery used to have more than 10 thousands monks living and studying here, yet today much less. user portrait Mr. Vincenzo from: 7 Days Lhasa to Kathmandu Tour via Everest Base Camp
Hello,
I'd like to subscribe the tour "7 Days Lhasa to Kathmandu Tour via Everest Base Camp" starting from 30th September.
I'll be in Chengdu on around 20/25th September. I have read you have an office there, it is possible to pick up the passport personally there? Do I need to buy a train ticket from Chengdu to Lhasa far in advance? To do it, I need the Tibet visa already done? In a post published on your website you mentioned an English website where purchasing the ticket, can I get it? Is it possible reaching Lhasa by bus from Chengdu?
In case any issue arose for reasons beyond my control, would you refund the 200 dollars you ask in advance to book the tour?
Thanks in advance
